Bathroom Design. You're redecorating your bathroom and you're looking for that perfect bathroom design. You know the one you want. It has to be absolutely perfect for you and it has to weather the years with grace.
The colors shouldn't clash, and you should be able to stand the sight of it the day after you finish. Every amenity known to modern man should be included and you should have enough room to move around without bumping your head or your elbow on some protruding edge.
Your perfect bathroom design should also pass the test of time and still look as graceful and charming as when you first did it up. It's not too much to ask really, only a minor miracle on the scale of parting the red sea.
Let's face it, that's the kind of perfect bathroom design that everyone is looking for, but which no one has found. Or at least not to their full satisfaction, so there's really only one thing left for you to do, and that's to cut corners here and there on your perfect bathroom design.
It might become slightly imperfect but at least you'll have most of what you wanted from your original design.
Sometimes you might even find that you have to sacrifice a great design feature for practicality, but don't worry, this can also be fitted into your bathroom design without too much of a fuss. And most likely you won't even notice too much of a difference.
Unless of course you wanted to move the bathtub clear across to the end of the room but can't due to logistical reasons, in which case your whole bathroom design might need to change.
That said however, there's really not too much that can go wrong if you stick to a really simple bathroom design. One that's easy to implement, and is also easy on the pocket. Something else that you might want to think about is easy maintenance.
Even in a bathroom the size of the Grand Canyon there should be an easy maintenance system. This need not be anything elaborate and can even be something as simple as getting a small bathroom caddy on which you can place a number of your necessary items.
You could of course also go to the other extreme and find yourself taking away all your old knick-knacks and whatnots and replacing them with state-of-the-art easy to clean accessories instead. The choice is really yours and it all depends on what sort of beast you've unleashed within yourself when you first started your trek in search of the perfect bathroom design.
Remember that the redecorating beast once unleashed is hard to contain. So weigh all your options first and then implement them in a manner that will bring you closest to fulfilling your dreams of the perfect bathroom design.
